On your consultation call, we will discuss your tuition needs and how our services can be tailored towards you. After the call, we will guide you through setting up an online lesson account and start matching you to our fabulous tutors. We aim to match you within 24 hours, so no time is wasted.

How Do I Cancel A Lesson And Are There Any Fees For Doing So?

We charge no cancellation fees as long as you give more than 24 hours' notice! All you need to do is send your tutor a message. If you do need to cancel within 24 hours, you can reschedule the session free of charge.

What Platform Do The Lessons Take Place On?

All lessons take place on our website. Once you log in, you'll be directed to your dashboard, where you will be able to join "upcoming lessons" with the press of a button!

How Do I Change My Lessons After Starting?

You don't pay for any lessons you don't do, if you'd like to cancel your lessons or change packages, please get in contact with your EL representative who will guide you. Unsure on who your EL representative is? Contact us via the chat!

Can I Change My Tutor?

If you feel like your tutor isn't the right match for you, we can find you another suitable tutor as soon as possible. All you need to do is to get in contact with your EL representative or messaging us through the chat feature at the bottom right of the website.

How Quickly Can I Expect Lessons To Start After My Consultation?

We will aim to get back to you with a handpicked, assigned tutor and the first lesson date from our team in under a day from your initial call. Otherwise, it can be at a time of your choosing.

Enlighten Learning has a strict hiring policy, and all of our tutors are vetted to ensure they have high academic achievement, strong teaching skills, and prior tutoring experience. Only 1.9% of applicants make it through the multistage process! Additionally, all of our tutors have Enhanced DBS checks.
